North Seera Hockey Club Refund Policy

General Info / Fees / Payment Options / Refund Policy


Players wishing to withdraw from the North Seera Hockey Club may apply for a refund as follows: (Requests must be made in writing and sent to the Registrar and President.)

U9 / U11 / U13

  • Players that withdraw prior to any evaluation sessions will receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee
  • Players that withdraw during the evaluation sessions will receive a 50% refund less a $25 administration fee
  • Players that withdraw after the evaluation process has completed (Teams are formed) will not receive a refund.
  • Players that withdraw under exceptional circumstances such as a doctor supported medical illness or injury that prevents participation in the hockey season can request a refund which will go to the North SEERA Board to evaluate.  Any medical refund will be subject to a $100 administration fee. (Must be submitted prior to November 30th)

U7

  • Players that withdraw from the program will receive a full refund if withdrawn before the first 30 days of the start of Season less a $25 administration fee.
  • Players that withdraw after the 30 day period will not receive a refund.
  • Players that withdraw under exceptional circumstances such as a doctor supported medical illness or injury that prevents participation in the hockey season can request a refund which will go to the North SEERA Board to evaluate.  Any medical refund will be subject to a $25 administration fee. (Must be submitted prior to November 30th)

A late registration fee of $35 will be applied to any registration received after September 1st

Winter Skills Sessions

A request for a refund of Winter Skills Sessions fees must be made two weeks prior to the start date of the program, any refund provided is subject to a $50.00 administration fee. Requests for refunds must be made to registrar@northseera.ca

No refund will be granted after the Sessions have started, unless Players that withdraw under exceptional circumstances such as a doctor supported medical illness or injury that prevents participation in the hockey season can request a refund which will go to the North SEERA Board to evaluate. (Must be submitted prior to Nov 30th)
