All available North SEERA ice is listed at the bottom of this page. To book North SEERA ice, trade with another team, or list your team’s ice, use the contact form below. Your request will go directly to our Ice Allocator.
How This Page Works
- Submit the form below with your details (team, date, time, rink, and whether you’re booking, trading, or listing).
- Ice Allocator reviews and confirms the booking or coordinates the trade.
- For trades, the Ice Allocator will forward your request to the appropriate team. You may also contact teams directly using their team email (e.g.,

Note: Requests sent to other emails will be declined. The Ice Allocator is the single point of contact for accuracy and scheduling.
Posting or Releasing Ice
To post ice for giveaway or trade, submit the form above or email ice@northseera.ca.
Game and practice schedules are created by Hockey Edmonton. EMHA/HE-issued ice cannot be sold—only traded or given away. Ice that cannot be used must be released or traded through the proper channels. If one team is unable to attend a shared practice, the other team may use the full ice.
Booking City of Edmonton Ice
Check availability on the City Ice Booking page, then email ice@northseera.ca with:
- Team number (e.g., NS305)
- Date and full start/finish times (AM/PM or 24-hour)
- Arena name (note A or B rink if applicable)
You’ll receive a booking confirmation and invoice. Non-refundable once submitted.
