Required Documents & Eligibility
At North SEERA, all players must meet eligibility requirements and submit the necessary documents to complete their registration. Below is a breakdown of what you need to provide.
Eligibility Requirements
To register within North SEERA, players must:
- Reside within the North SEERA boundary (proof of residency required)
- Meet age requirements for their division
- Be in good standing with Hockey Alberta and Hockey Canada

Required Documents
All new and returning players must submit the following:
New Players (First-Time Registrants)
- Proof of Age: Birth certificate or passport
- Proof of Residency: A recent utility bill, rental agreement, or property tax document
- Respect in Sport Parent Certification: Must be completed before registration

Returning Players
- Updated Proof of Residency (if you've moved)
- Respect in Sport Renewal (if expired)
How to Submit Documents
Documents can be uploaded during online registration or emailed to
registrar@northseera.ca.
Respect in Sport – Parent Program
Hockey Alberta requires at least one parent or guardian of each player to complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program. This certification ensures a positive hockey environment for all participants.
