Key Volunteer Roles

  • Team Manager: Primary liaison between families, coaches, and the association. Oversees budget, communication, and logistics.
  • Head Coach: Leads practices, games, and player development.
  • Assistant Coaches: Support practice execution, bench duties, and player engagement.
  • HCSP (Safety Person): Responsible for player safety, first aid, and injury documentation.
  • Jersey Parents: Handles home/away jerseys, storage, and laundry schedule.
  • Treasurer: Manages team bank account and expense reporting.
  • Social or Fundraising Coordinator: Helps plan team events or organize fundraising activities.
  • Timekeepers & Scorekeepers: Volunteers for home game scorekeeping or operating the time clock.
