U7 – Junior Timbits

This program is for newer hockey players who can skate while wearing full hockey equipment. It introduces key technical hockey skills in a fun and supportive setting.

Sessions are held once per weekend, with each session lasting 60 minutes.

Program Highlights

• For 5-year-olds as of December 31 (or by developmental ability)
• Focus on introductory technical skills: skating, puck-handling, passing, and shooting
• Strong emphasis on skating development
• Hockey Canada Membership and Insurance coverage
• Instruction by certified lead and support instructors (1:10 ratio)
• Includes Timbits uniforms, medals, and gifts
• Groups formed with approximately 10–12 players
• All sessions on prime-time weekend ice
• 1-hour shared-ice sessions using rotational teaching stations
