Travel Permit Process
Travel Permit Process
If your team plans to travel outside of Edmonton for a game, practice, or tournament, you must request a travel permit through Hockey Edmonton at least 5 business days in advance.
- Visit the Hockey Edmonton Permit Request Page
- Submit the appropriate permit form (Travel, Practice, or Special Event)
- Include your team name, age group, event details, and contact info
- Once approved, keep a copy of the permit with your manager or coach during the event
