FEE STRUCTURE & PAYMENT
Registration Fees – 2025/26 Season
Below is the fee structure for each division.
- Early Bird pricing: Available until June 30, 2025
- Late Fee: Add $35 to registrations submitted after September 1, 2025, pending space availability
- Volunteer Cheque: A $250 deposit is required per player

Payment Options
- E-Transfer (Preferred): Send to registrar@northseera.ca. Include the player's name and division in the memo line.
- Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard accepted through our secure online registration platform.
- Volunteer Vouchers: Accepted from North SEERA, SEERA, or participating community leagues. Submit to Nicole Sharp at registrar@northseera.ca.
Note: Registrations will not be approved until all vouchers have been received by the registrar.
Refund Policy
U7 (Discovery, Junior, Senior)
- Withdraw within 30 days of the season start: Full refund minus $25 admin fee
- Withdraw after 30 days: No refund
- Medical Exception: Doctor-supported refund requests submitted before November 30, 2025 will be reviewed by the Board. If approved, $25 admin fee applies.
U9, U11, U13
- Withdraw before evaluations: Full refund minus $25 admin fee
- Withdraw during evaluations: 50% refund minus $25 admin fee
- Withdraw after teams are formed: No refund
- Medical Exception: Doctor-supported refund requests submitted before November 30, 2025 will be reviewed by the Board. If approved, $100 admin fee applies.
