- Registration Opens: June 1, 2025
- Early Bird Deadline: June 30, 2025
- Late Fee Applies: After September 1, 2025 (pending availability)
Registration Fees & Payments
Fees vary by age division. A $250 undated volunteer cheque is required per player. Payments can be made by e-transfer, credit card, or voucher.

Required Documents
All new players must upload proof of age and residency. Returning players must ensure Respect in Sport – Parent is valid. Transfers must complete the Parent Declaration Form.
Who Should Register?
New to Hockey?
Create an account in Spordle (HCR 3.0), upload documents, and complete the Respect in Sport – Parent course before registering.
Returning Players
- Drop off vouchers at 9627 75 St NW before registering (include player's name)
- If trying out for a Club (AA/AAA): do not register yet, but email us to hold your spot
- If trying out for a SEERA team: register now – fees will transfer if your child makes the team
Transferring from Another Association?
Complete the Hockey Alberta Parent Declaration Form and provide 3 proof-of-residency documents. Contact our registrar to confirm catchment.
Financial Assistance
Families needing financial support may qualify for programs like KidSport or Jumpstart.
