All North SEERA teams receive access to IceHockeySystems.com — a premier platform with hundreds of animated drills, pre-built practice plans, coaching modules, and more. Whether you're running your first session or your hundredth, these tools are designed to help you coach with confidence.

Ice Hockey Systems Access

Every coach with a North SEERA team receives access to IceHockeySystems.com, one of the most trusted platforms in the game. Inside, you'll find:

Hundreds of animated hockey drills
Pre-built practice plans for all age levels
Coach education modules and leadership tips
Team tools like custom drill builders and shared practice plans

Login credentials will be sent out prior to the season. If you have questions or didn’t receive access, contact the Hockey Director.

Practice Planning

Plan your practices with confidence using tried-and-true structures. Many coaches follow a simple breakdown:

Warm-Up: Skating or puck control (5–10 mins)
Stations: Skill-based (2–3 stations, rotate every 7–10 mins)
Game Situations: Small-area games or battle drills
Wrap-Up: Team talk or cool-down skate
