About Us
Who We Are
The North SEERA Hockey Society is the designated Area II operating zone within the South East Edmonton Recreation Association (SEERA), also known as the Southeast Zone. Formed in 1986, North SEERA operates minor hockey programs for players aged 4 to 14, ranging from Initiation (U7) through Bantam (U15).
North SEERA partners with Millwoods Hockey (Area I), our sister organization, to form teams under the SEERA banner. Together, we work to provide a comprehensive and community-driven hockey experience for Southeast Edmonton.
North SEERA represents 17 communities, generally located south of the North Saskatchewan River, east of the CPR rail tracks (103 Street), and north of 51st Avenue (excluding the Scona Centre). These communities include:
Argyll, Avonmore, Bonnie Doon, Capilano, Cloverdale, Forest Heights/Terrace Heights (amalgamated under Forest Heights), Fulton Place, Gold Bar, Hazeldean, Holyrood, Idylwylde, Kenilworth, King Edward Park, Ottewell, Ritchie, Strathearn, and Twin Parks.
