U9 & U11 Skills Development
U9/U11 Skills Development
Our U9/U11 Skills Development program is designed for players eager to take their game to the next level. These high-tempo, high-repetition sessions focus on refining puck handling, skating efficiency, shooting mechanics, and overall hockey IQ. Players will be challenged to think and react quickly while developing the habits and skills needed to excel in both practice and game situations.
Sessions are led by Competitive Thread, a highly respected development group with experienced instructors who specialize in building strong technical foundations and confidence in young athletes. This program is a great fit for players looking to stay engaged and continue improving throughout the season.

- Schedule: Wednesdays from 5:15 – 6:15 PM

- No sessions between December 18, 2025 – January 6, 2026
- No sessions on January 14, 2026

- Maximum Participants: 24 skaters

- Advanced puck control and handling drills
- Power skating and edge work
- Effective shooting mechanics and release techniques
- Small-area games to build hockey IQ and decision-making
