PLAYER EVALUATIONS AND INITIAL SKATES
The goal of the evaluation process is to select balanced teams, comprised of players of similar skill. A sizable group of volunteers works countless hours each year to achieve this goal. The evaluation team is committed to being objective, fair and receptive to constructive suggestions and adaptation.
The player evaluations will consist of drill sessions (skills) and scrimmage sessions (game situations). The process will be conducted by a committee of evaluators. Each evaluator will be following the same formula and using the same criteria on grading the players. The following dates and times are for the general evaluation skates. More details can be found on the website by going to each category then opening the Director’s Introduction letter.
